    new cottage cheese mix

cottage cheese, peanut butter, unflavored whey protein, and teaspoon of fruit jelly. i know we're not suppose to have simple carbs at night but at only 9 grams of carbs per teaspoon, it wouldnt make a difference.

I have been mixing 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, and a scoop of choc protein with a packet of Sweet n Lo. It is some good stuff.

How do you mix in the PB? I don't see how it would mix in the cold cottage cheese.

    Sounds yummy!

I do something similar, only no whey just PB, CC, Strawberries and some cinnamon...

And don't worry about the 'carbs at night are a no-no' myth. It doesn't matter, especially to the active person.

And 9g, from 100% fruit jam, is not going to do anything anyway!
