    all this talk about dieting...

who here actually enjoy what theyre doing? I mean, are you doing it cause u have to, or do u enjoy what you're doing? Has it become a way of life for you? 20 years from now, are u going to be on the same diet?

My diet will change according to my weight, but, well see. The foods will change as convenience and demand for taste does.

Good question. I enjoy it 'cuz it makes me feel good and look good. Who knows if I'll still be doing it 20 years from now...that's too far down the road to think about. I suppose if I were still doing this 20 years from now, it will be augmented to suit my needs at that time.

There are ups and downs to eating how we do. I personally only really watch what I'm eating closely when I'm cutting, and yeah, although it feels great to be super healthy and lookin' good naked, it sucks that I have to constantly turn down going out to eat with friends or watching how much and often I booze.
