    Curious about calories?

    Ok I'm just curious I'm female five foot five and a half and weight about 130
    I currently do cardio in the am on empty stomach hiit style for 30 min
    And then I do weights in the pm for 30-45 min I do these 5-6 days per week
    I'm looking to loose body fat I'm at about 20% right now and want to drop to 15-17% or so. Here is my question I eat clean, Lean meat whole oats and so on I rtacked me calories and yesterday I ate

    Cal 1602
    fat 33.7
    Carb 135
    Pro 179.3

    What do you think to many calories for fat loss? Hopefull I'll get some replies other wise time will tell.

    1600 should be about right. I would start there and if you don't start losing then I would cut it down to 1500 after 2 weeks.. I'm about the same height but only weight 5 pounds less than u and that is what I lose fat at. Of course it does depend upon LBM. However, start at 1600 and go from there. Your macros looks good too
