    flounder anybody?

    whats the omega 3 in flounder? Its a pretty fatty fish. it tastes so good too...

    Omega 3 is just a fat....omega 3 and 6 are good....look up EFA or flax oil or fish oils....there is where you will find what you seek

    i wanted to know if its a good source of omega 3, like salmon, tuna, and deep sea fish.
