HI all,

im 22 years old and have been weight training on and off for a few years (and i never really got anywhere).

ive recently started powerlifting and am enjoying it but my diet is really letting me down. Can someone give me a sample diet? or advice? I am 67kg and about 5.6".

I have always struggled to eat alot and do not wish to take any supplements or protein powders. I know without a decent diet i will never be able to compete in powerlifting and will be at a substantial disadvantage.

Strength is priority but i still want to look good and pretty muscular (not jus a powerlifting belly lol)
