It depends on your size, activity, current dietary fat content, goals etc etc...Originally Posted by MuscleM4n
But generally - I wouldn't use it at all. Get fish oils and take those (6 to 8 capsules a day) and then use sources such as olive oil or avocado first, then whole or ground nuts/seeds second... and only then, if you so require it, would I turn to flax oil.
Why? Because of the relatively high omega-6 content - so if you just add it in without ensuring you have enough omega-3 all you will do is unbalance your omega-3 : omega-6 ratio, which does more harm than good.
This is a pretty open ended question - but generally speaking, it is only 2g of fat.... and that is basically nothing at all... If you are trying to add more healthy fats in your diet you are going to need more than that.Is two 1000mg flaxseed oil tablets enough every day? (i want to/need to get more healthy fats in my diet) .
Should be fine... But it is really impossible to say unless you tell us more about what you eat/when etc etc...Should i take one tablet with breakfast and other at dinner?
