    Appetite stimulating foods?

Apart from synthelium (injectable drug) are their natural foods that i can eat which will increase my appetite?

Or is it simply a matter of eating more and more bit by bit on a daily basis?

There is not a lot you can do (with the exception of anabolic steriods, cortisol tablets or excessive cardio volumes!).

Some of the B vitamins can help... as can eating more frequently, eating energy dense/low fibre foods.

Increasing how much you eat gradually will eventually get you used to more food - because if you gradually increase the size of your meals you will also stretch your stomach slowly - which will mean it will eventually take more food to fill you up.

There are some idea's in this thread here: Appetite if you want to take a look.

I honestly don't understand how some people have trouble eating enough...I have the opposite problem. But if you simply get full too easily, you could try drinking some calories (eg. milk) or adding more calorie-dense foods like nuts, pb, etc.

Muscles do like my dogs do. Eat pedigree dog food for a couple off days. I notice after a few days of my dogs eating pedigree that if I put out a bunch of left overs, they can eat it all
