    how much water???

    I am 5'5 150 pounds... bf 15%...
    currently i am trying to bring down my bf% by following a diet, weight training, cardio etc.

    i was wondering how much water should i be drinking in a day?

    i drink a litre with every meal so it adds up to 6, it is advisable to drink 6 litres (i read that somewhere) and i have more on training days as i drink during my workout!

    Drinking a liter of water with a meal isnt a good idea.

    ok so i guess i will stick with 4 for right now... even that seems a lot for me. coz i guess i am not used to drink that much water.

    i'm just now starting to watch my diet so i thought this would be a good time to start drinking more water also.

    Also a lot of water during meals slows down digestion as the fluids which are used to breakdown the food are diluted with water decreasing their potency.
