I use egg beater eggs and whites as the fat content is 0 and there isn't any cholesterol but still has the protein.
Those of you who eat eggs (the vast majority I would think), do you just eat the egg whites, or eat the whole thing, yolk included? And how many per day?

Depending on how I feel I'll usually eat the whole egg when I have the time to cook them, I either do it as an omlette or fried eggs with cooking spray, if I've got a hangover or feel ill I'll cook it whole (fried) and then cut the yolk out. I probably go through 15 a week when I get my long weekend off from shifts.

i usally hav two of my eggs with the yolk and about 4 egg whites because i like the tast of the yolk. its not good for you if you east to many egg yolks though.![]()

I buy green shells yolkless eggs.
I usually eat 1 whole egg with 4-9 whites a day.
12 egg whites a day and 4 yolks
