don't smoke anymore bro
I need all of the support that I can get.
I was going strong on a ketogenic diet for 4 days and then last night I decided to binge like crazy. Me and my best friend smoked a bit, then went to P.F. Chang's and went all out. Had a bottle of wine, appetizers, desserts, full course meals. Then went straight from there to a convenient store and got ice-cream and snacks, etc. And did some shots of 99 Bananas.![]()
I woke up in the middle of the night and puked, twice.
This is getting out of control. I need to do something, I feel like I can't control myself.![]()

That was going to be my advice. And stop ketogenic diets.Originally Posted by Cold Iron

That's what I said in Monstar's journal. I don't think ketogenic diets are a good idea for people with binging problems.Originally Posted by P-funk
You'll kick the habit man. Just eat healthy, and allow yourself a little freedom food. My maintenance range is wide, something in the neighborhood of 3300-3800 calories. When I'm maintaining I eat about 3300 set calories for the day and allow myself about 500 "freedom calories," which I still try to keep reasonably healthy.

eh..there are worse places (nutrionally speaking) other than p.f. chnangs that you could've eaten at. However the ice cream and smoking is another story. Don't worry about it. It's done with now.
Sounds like something I'd doOriginally Posted by MonStar
When you want to binge, buy a tub off L/F cottage cheese, and allow yourself to eat anycrap you want AFTER you finish your tub. Not gonna happen. Slows your mind down and fills you up, and nothing sounds good after that. Works for me. I actually use a tub of cottage cheese, a can of mixed veggies and 2 eggs or an avocado. I'm done, thank you.

Just don't do it too often. I went all out this weekend too. Pizza, barbeque, booze.
