    which should i do first, ive gained some mass so do i cut now?

    I would definitely add some mass. You don't have much fat on you in that picture.

    oh that wasnt very nice! i heard if you eat garlic while cutting it helps you lose a pound of bf a week because ur body transports water to ur stomach to deal with it which takes energy! is this true, cos i think they overexaggerated it!

    how are you at a higher level than me BOY!? Look at your pic your chubby .I can bench 2x as much as you it could take me a month of hard enough training and i can bench 3x as much as you ill take pics after my workout that im doing so you can cry about how your not that good
