    Cutting

    i have brought my calories down to 2400, im 5'10.5 at around 190 pounds!
    is 2400 too low?
    i also do cardio on two of my gym off days!

    i have planned to cut until im satisfied with a low bf, this is the first time i have cut and dont know what to expect as i want to same good abs!
    after i cut im going to slowly increase calories into a small bulk to gain less bf and plan to do this for most of the time!
    Will i lose alot of lbm?

    lol believe me or not i dont care! i convert into pounds because this is the standard measurement for Americans!

    You must be pretty good at cutting, because you're the same BUA who stated a few hours ago he was 110lbs...
