    Age: 16
    weight: 175-170
    height: 5ft 6 1/2

    Bench: 195
    squat: 280
    deadlift: 315

    Hobbies: weight lifting, various martial arts (including kickboxing, boxing)

    I think I heard it increases estrogen

    A whole lot of soy products supposedly can increase estrogen-like effects in males. That's why pros recommend staying with whey protein. I don't know studies off the top of my head, but it is known that soy products do have that effect.

    With their isoflavones and what not, it is proposed that they can increase estrogen

    I've read that soy can increase estrogen levels, but nothing about it decreasing testosterone levels.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
