It's a great short term diet (2-4 weeks) beyond that I think it is very unhealthy.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Wont you lose too much muscle during those 2-4 weeks? I would think so.

when on any type of ketogenic diet you need to modify the training routine to a low volume program or something like a whole body routine down 3x a week, etc.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Good advice. I must say that I think of ketogenic diets as a last resort though. I see no reason to put yourself on that type of diet if you can cut the fat through a balanced diet.

    Agreed.

If you do keto - do low volume, heavy, full body workouts and keep cardio to a minimum... but if you can get away with it, a balanced diet is 100 x better.

That's the problem with most or all diets.
