    How much weight did you put on?

    I just wanted to see how much bigger people got since they began weightlifting.

    Im 6'1.5'' and started at 170. Im now 200.

    I was a kid so I would have gained some weight just from growing but: started at 13 weighed 150 at 5'10 at 20 was 6'1 and 225.

    I started at 6' 160 pounds. I'm now about 185. I was up to 205 at some point, but carrying a bit of extra pork around on me.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    started at 5'9 140 lbs heaviest I got to (before using gear) was 255 lbs @ 6'0
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    i worked out for 2 years and did not much but cause a few permanent injuries to myself, once i got my knowledge up and learned from my mistakes i put on 40 pounds in a year naturally.
    so i started in 2000 (25 y/o) at 155 but didnt really start gaining weight until 2002-2003, and the most i weighed before my one superdrol run was 210. im 6'1, major ectomorph.
    Still Alive.
