    Garlic Salt

I have been putting garlic salt on everything lately. According to the label the only thing it adds is sodium. Is there any reason why I shouldn't be using this stuff so frequently? I am currently cutting.

Nope - not unless you have a blood pressure problem. And unless you are competing soon, a little more sodium in your diet may actually be a good thing while you are cutting.

I've read that sodium can actually be a good thing while cutting, but could you elaborate? Does it have something to do with increased blood pressure burning cals?
