    Whey or Myoplex ?

Is myoplex really worth it? Is it better than regular whey?
I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

    No.

Just get yourself a good quality WPI (or, if you want, a WPC) that doesn't taste hidious (or one that can easily be covered with other flavourings!) and that is all you need.
