Off season Pro's eat still born human baby's...

They are said to contain the most natural human hormones and growth promoting
    proteins...

Lee Priest is a madd cunt.

In one of his videos he talks about how he hates dieting and cardio, and can't wait to get back to the offseason to get some maccas.

Can't wait to see how he goes at the Olympia this year, he's looking good.

Well, in the last article I read about him, it was actually an interview, anyway
He said he doesn't gain as much mad weight as he used to.

He used to get up to 300+ lbs in the offseason at 5'4" lol.
Now he only gets up to about 260ish I think.

Wow, Lee looks like a midget there. I never realised how fat the pros get during the offseason.

i was thinking more of the lines of what they eat in a day and at what times:

    for example

    Meal one 11;00am ; 20 eggs whites

meal two 13;00pm ; chicken and rice.

Anybody seen a diet from a pro?

Haha, I'm willing to bet they don't eat that clean.

I have tyo agree here LOL.

Most just eat what ever the hell they want and thats that. There are a select few who actually stay true to a clean diet year round. I think it might have been dexter jackson that I read about how he only put on about 5-10 lbs of fat during his off season. He stayed pretty lean but added some decent mass.

i think its only a few that get that fat, i'd have thought the vast majority of pros try and keep BF sub 10% even in the off-season

weird how Kevin Levrone only trained for 6 months a year leading up to the Mr.O! Rest of the year he escaped from bodybuilding totally)

Just think he probably could have been Mr.O a few times if he trained year round.
