    Carbs and fitness test

Hey whats up guys, havnt been here forever, been busy with full time school work and all other things life the bitch has to offer, lol. Anyway, I have a very important test tomorrow, I have to run 1.5 miles in under 12.12 minutes. Piece of cake right ?? wrong, I have been doing a dirty bulk for about 2 months and gained shit load of muscle (with superdroll, i also love the pct it dried me up really good). Well along with that bulk I gained lots of fat and weight......I am at 16% BF right now and im not happy with it, I havnt been doing any running for like 2 months and I just found out yesterday that this "surprise" test pops up......any suggestions on how to get my body prepared??.. I was and still am eating a lot of carbs today, lots of oatmeal and brown rice for the rest of the night....I went to GNC and got me a carb sugar drink and some vpx redline pills for tomorrow morning ( i know I am a big advocate against gnc, but Im friends with the manager so i get this stuff almost for free)....am I doing all I can ??? is there anything else I should know, what should I eat tomorrow morning for breakfast, I was thinking brown rice but would spaghetti work ???? and how long before...............................

THank's to all the other pros in here in advance...

Brown rice > spaghetti. Don't eat so much you are stuffed, you don't want to get a tummy ache. Maybe go for a short 5-10 minute jog today just to get used to it? I dunno, that's pretty short notice.....

You really don't need to carb load if you are only running 1.5 miles. Just make sure you do a warm up, stretch, and are hydrated.

lol, thanx for the replys, I am a bad runner tho, ill sprint and sprint and then do something like pushup right afterwords, but longer distances running is just not my thing, Im not the bodytype for running, im very wide and my shoulders are big, i also have a big back and I am not the ideal runner.... Plus like I have stated that I have been doing a big bulk for like 2 months and that I am at about 16% bf, I havnt been running for ever, pushups and situps I can do a shit load of tho...I also have to do many other things in the test which include sprinting and then some strenght stuff right after it.....thanx for the replys tho, the test has been postponed untill 2 weeks from now instead of 2 days ago...
