    Sick!

I'm sick, ugh. I dont care about the pain, I dont even know what I have. Could be strep, the flu, goin to the doc's tomorrow..

What I'm concerned about, is on monday I weighed 204 lbs... now I weigh 191 (obviously due to lack of eating)...

But that is *ALOT* of weight! What did I lose? Mostly muscle I'm assuming? Doesn't look to be too much of a change, and the scale DOES work, my friend weighs himself on the same scale and his is accurate...\

How much damage has this stupid flu done?

Water and glycogen loss. Just try to keep up your carbs as best you can, and drink lots of water.

You can't lose that much muscle/fat in such a short amount of time (not unless you chop off part of a limb )! So don't worry about it too much - 90% of it will be water and glycogen stores.

Give it a week of eating correctly and you will find you will be back up to 200 in no time.
