Here's another food index type thingy geared specifically for blood type diets (or something
).http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/typeindexer.htm I found this one especially useful because it breaks the fat down into monosaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated... Among other things. |

lol nope. i usually just used www.calorieking.com for checking amounts of prot/carb/fat in stuff. ill check it out tho.
