Nutrient Value Encyclopedia

Here's another food index type thingy geared specifically for blood type diets (or something ).

http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/typeindexer.htm

I found this one especially useful because it breaks the fat down into monosaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated... Among other things.

Have you tried www.nutritiondata.com ? It also breaks down fat into mono/poly and saturated fats as well as giving you the amino acid profile, the carbohydrate profile and the vitamin and mineral content.
