The products are much better than a lot of other cereals - so if you are going to eat a cereal, you should be fine with these.

Of course, whether or not you are going to want to include it in your diet should be based on your goals etc. If you are cutting for a competition - you might want to leave it out. If you are just wanting to live a 'healthier than average life' then eating Kashi is not going to be doing you any harm.

There are a lot of threads about these products, we have a search feature.

But, I usually eat this for breakfast with nonfat milk, and I think it works. I did this while I lost 20 pounds (mostly/all fat) and I enjoy the taste. The Golean cereal have 13 grams of protein, and I do believe 6 grams of sugar, but thats so much better and healthier than the regular kids cereal.

I try all of the Kashi stuff that comes out. I just picked up a couple of boxes of the granola bars. the label claims they have 140 cals, taste like 4 to me.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Some of their products are fairly tastey, and they are usually pretty good from a health standpoint too. Definitely check 'em out.
