Ok bare with me here... .I'm 20 years old. I started working out about a year ago 5'11 and 120 and got to about 160, but as soon as I hit 160 I couldn't gain weight and got frustrated. Now I'm down to 150 with a low as hell bf % prolly 6 or 8 I'd say most of my weight is muscle right now. Keep in mind I wasn't eating right during all this. prolly was dirty bulking if anything.
Anyways I've been slacking and my diet has sucked the past months so I'm trying to come back with a vengeance. I figured out a solid 4 day workout routine w/ cardio and abs. So I need to know what foods and suppliments I need to bulk back up.
The only thing is I'm working around a school and work schedule so my schedule is like this:
Mon: work 9-6
Tue: school 9-12, weight training @ 1:30-2:45
Wed: work 9-6, Gym 10-11 P.M. <- (time can change)
Thu: school 9-12, weight training @ 1:30-2:45
Fri: work 9-6
Sat: work 9-6
Sun: off, gym 5-6 P.M.
fri and sat I get off to late for the gym so I figure I can make those cardio/ab days if I feel the need.
so for suppliments: Whey protein, Weight gainer? (for the mornings I don't have time for breakfast or need a quick meal), GB, & WB pre and post workout. Fish oil, and a multi vita.
What about food though? dunno what to buy and need seriouse help with picking the right food and scheduling my meals out. My metabolism is fast as hell! seriouslly I use to not eat right for a day and I'd lose a pound. I'll have time for 6 meals a day no problemb just morning meal might be kinda hard sometimes.
I know these questions have been answered a million times but I need something scheduled specificlly for me. Thanks for any help guys.
