    Determining nutritional value

When I'm cooking, I generally add up the nutritional info for each ingredient used, total up, then divide out by gram (going by the weight of the finished product) and multiplying by the weight of the serving.

Is this generally pretty close, or does anyone know a better way to figure nutri value?

    All I do is:
    Add all ingredients together.
Add all nutrients for all the ingredients together.
Seperate recipe into required no. servings.
Divide nutrient data by no. of servings.

So what you do sounds about right to me.
