Cutting and meal replacements ?

Hi, I have a question once again, lol, its not really so much of a question as it is to see if you people agree with me here becasue there is always someone who knows a little bit more about the subject.........

im 5'11 208 pounds and about 16% bf, currently I feel really fat, quilty and small, I am used to being at about 12% but I once again let myself go and had to many cheat meals, seems like ever since I came back from my vegas vacation I couldnt get back on track with my diet, so now I am once again cutting again.

I will take it slowely, I got a 3 week cycle of tri-max and and I am planing on taking it with a cycle of superdroll to not compromise any gains that I made in the past year. I also bought me some amino acids which i have never taken befoire, but after research i understand that it helps agains muscle catabolisation during a cut. I was also wondering about a meal replacement meal, my friend works at GNC so I get anything over there for more then half off. I was thinking about taking 2 mrp's a day since I have busy 10 hour shifts and I really hate eating huge amounts off food that I don't like. I am scared that mrp's wont cut it calorie wise. I dont want to loose my hard earned muscle again, so what do you guys think about meal replacement, are they good for at least 12 hours or are they similar to fast acting protein? can I trust it to feed my muscles like a real meal would ???????

You don't need superdrol to keep your gains. In fact, it sounds like a ridiculous idea. Just eat well. However, the BCAAs may prove to be beneficial; I plan on using them for my next cut.

thanx for the reply, but why do you think that superdrol is a ridiculous idea on a cut, most people loose muscle on a cut, and since im taking some really strong supplements (trimax) it would be a good idea to use superdroll to help maintain my gains during a time when muscle loss is a high chance......??

Why do you need either for a cut? If your diet is right and you don't do any out of the ordinary insane workout regimen, then you really don't need many supplements for a successful cut. I definately don't feel an anabolic should even be considered for a cut.

I'm hoping some others will chime in as well so that I don't feel like I'm crazy in thinking that this idea is not good.

i dont think that ur crazy, I just think that becasue of the strong effects of tri-max while cutting fat it would be wise to use superdrol to not compromise any gains that I have made in the previous years.....Ofcourse I understand what you mean, you dont need any sups to cut fat, I have done it before without any sups, but when I can loose 15 pounds of fat in 3 weeks instead of 3 months why not ???

Superdrol works great for a cut. Keep in mind you will hold water. Most find it better to save it for gains but if you want to refrain from catabolism then the SD will definately help. Just be sure you are using a liver protection and PCT.

Also, be sure your diet isn't too low in carbs. It would be better on a 40/40/20 and just go below maintenance cals.

Hold it charley lol! Just because I say it's great for cutting doesn't mean that it can't be done with just a proper diet alone because IMO, that is still the best way because it's the healthiest. I'm just saying that if you have it and you want to use it, then it will work very well

well I got 20 packets for 15 dollars from probolics at GNC, I know the manager so i can trust him....so why not get mrp's when I can for really cheap.....I also get 5 pound buckets of optimum nutrition whey protein for 18 dollars straight. I got superamino acids from optimum nutrition (150 capsules) for 6 dollars...he just gives me his manager discount so its nothing illegal...

QuestionGuy, I guess I just personally feel running Tri-Max and SuperDrol is a little too much, but if it works and you've done your research, then by all means .

Good luck with the cut!
