I was wondering if I can vary my calories on certain days? Im shooting for 3000 calories a day which in essense is 21000 calories a week. Plus however many calories my cheat meal is...
Lets say today I only got 2600 cause I had a few smaller meals. For the next two days can I have 3200 to make up for the 400 calories less today? Or does the body not work like that?
Today was chest and suprisingly on 400 calories less I felt great. One of my best chest workouts in a while, go figure?
