    I just read that article about Splenda.OMG that craps gotta go NOW!!!
    Good work w8.I'd have never thought it would be that bad,just to try & cut calories.
    YOU CAN SPEND YOUR TIME ANY WAY YOU WANT ,BUT YOU CAN SPEND IT ONLY ONCE.
    MAKE IT WORTH IT!!!!!!

    I dont know if its the same in the US but here on a packet of Splenda in small red writing on the back it says "this product found to cause cancer in lab rats" !!
    Shit give me a truckload of the stuff !!

    I was always confused about artificial sweetners, are they safe or not? So I asked my nutrition prof about them and he said they are fine, all except the sodium cyclamates of course. Anything in huge amounts would be detrimental to health but if taken in moderation, its fine.
