Nuts
are there better nuts than others as far as getting the best nutritional value?
Ex: cashews better than peanuts etc.

yeah unfortunately cashews are one of the worst as far as having good fats. They have the highest of amount of sat. fats I believe w/ pecans as well. Go figure, the best ones are the worst for you.
