    thigh reduction

    Hi,

    I want to reduce my thigh size how can i go about it.
    Does reduction of fat in thigh will reduce the thigh size .
    Can u please tel me doing sit ups will help to reduce the thighs.

    exercising a muscle will not reduce fat in that area.

    You just do what you normally have to do to lose weight - diet/eat well and do exercise.

    As you lose fat some of it will come off your thighs (and the amount and speed of which it leaves your thighs will be determined by things such as your genetics, the rate at which you lose weight, your sex etc etc....
