Discovered new, delicious, healthy occasional snack...

I was grocery shopping last night and saw these little pouches of what appeared to be fancy trail mix, by a company called Sahale Snacks. If you have not tried these things, do yourself a favor and go out and find a store that sells them.

They are AMAZING. Clearly not a snack for those of you who are cutting or dieting for contest. However, it is definitely a healthy snack. Tree nuts (hazelnuts, macadamias, almonds, etc.), and unsweetened dried fruit. Sure beats planters trail mix!

There are four blends:
Ksar Blend (pepitas, pistachios, figs, honey, and moroccan harissa)

Socorro Blend (macadamia, hazelnut, mango, papaya, chipotle, with cumin and cilantro accents)

Soledad Blend (Almonds, flax seeds, dates, balsamic vinegar and cayenne pepper)

Valdosta (Black peppered pecans and sweet cranberries).

I bought the Socorro Blend.

The pouches are small. Two 1/4-cup servings per container. Here are the macros for mine:
