    is this a good diet for mass?

    Meal 1- 1 cup of oats
    - 1 scoop of protien in milk
    Meal 2- 1 8oz Steak or Pork Chops
    - Protien Bar
    - 1/2 Cup of Oats
    Meal 3- 1 foot long turkey sub
    - 1 Cup of Oats
    Meal 4- 2 chicken Breast
    - 1 cup of Rice (whole grain)
    - protien shake with water
    Meal 5- 1 Lean Quizine
    Meal 6 - Protien shake with milk
    - 1 large apple

    im 200lbs at about 13-15% bf
    Age: 17
    Max Bench: 315
    Want to weight 210-220 by the end of x-mas so i can get redy for a show in the middle of April

    Where are the healthy fats? How about some vegetables for good measure? Frozen dinners suck; they are filled with chemicals, preservatives, and sugar.

    How many calories is that, and what is the macro breakdown?
