but I had to ask, it may be a dumb question, but I'm just confussed. It is ok to take my post w/o shake inmediately after my w/o session or should I wait 15-20 minutes? A few friends of mine told me I have to wait, that I should NOT take it inmediately, but I've read here and in other forums that it's better right after w/o.

It is partially based on convenience and thefactor (some people can't stomach anything till they cool down a little).
Generally speaking, as long as you have had a good pre-workout meal, then waiting for 10 minutes while you walk to your locker is not going to do you harm.![]()
