Yes.... You can cook whey (just cook the cake on a lower temperature). You could also go out and get some milk protein isolate, egg protein, casein protein or soy protein and cook with those - they cook better and they retain moisture in the recipe more.Originally Posted by leg_press

Go to the recipe section and get some ideas for protein pancakes. Make a load when you have free time, put in freezer and when you want to eat it pop it in the toaster (perhaps while getting ready?). I like to add some PB on top of mine. Or make some sausage patties out of lean turkey or mince and cook those up too.

When I'm in a rush, I will make a shake consisting of cottage cheese, oats, milk, frozen strawberries, and whey protein. Why not just wake up a little bit earlier? I can't even function without eating breakfast.

not a bad idea to just blend up a shake with oats, whey, FF CC, some natural PB, half a banana and a few frozen strawberries. I make that on days i'm in a hurry so I can drink it on my way out

Denaturing the protein is not really a problem - it is still digestable and so you still get all the protein in it. It just loses some of it's other benefits (eg: immune function, anti-cancer function etc etc.)Originally Posted by CowPimp

i pretty much will always have a coffee with this shit, but its proper espresso machine, and i use one sachet of equal, which is a sweetener with like 5kj, and if i can be bothered i will use skim milk for a flat white, or else i just have it like a short black... just about 20ml of coffee, almost pure crema, fucking gorgous!!!!
anyways, its better to eat pure shit, rather than eat nothing@@@!11!OMFG
