But what about the typical BB thing:
fruit (eg: banana or blueberries or some of both)
dairy (eg: ff/sf natural yoghurt or skim milk)
Scoop of whey or protein powder (chocolate!)
PB or walnut butter (or almond butter)
Thinly ground oats
You could also just do:
dairy
fruit
whey/protein powder
and then have some oats and flaxseeds on the side.
