I'm way confused. And this is going to sound dumb.
2/3 cup raw = 200 calories
is 2/3 cup cooked equal to 200 calories aswell?
No. It expands when it cooks. Same as oats...
Your best bet is to just use raw measurements, but if you want to see how much 2/3 of a cup will make then measure out 2/3 dry and then cook it up and measure it again. You will probably find it comes out to be around double the volume (so it will be ~1.5 cups worth).
However - because it will still have the same amount of pasta as in the 2/3 raw, the 1.5 cups cooked will still have 200 cals.
