We need more info.... eg:
Goals for you diet?
your weight?
your height?
your BF%?
your age?
your activity level?
when do you train?
what macronutrient amount is this diet? ( www.nutridiary.com or www.nutritiondata.com )
You have given us nothing but a list of food which could be very appropriate or very inappropriate for you!
A few suggestions though:
1. add vegetables
2. Cut down on the protein. You need to have other food as well.
3. In particular, cut down your meat servings - 8 oz is wayyy too much, even for large people. For large guys 6 oz of meat is more than enough!
3. Add some fruit and other healthy things!
4. ADD VEGETABLES!!!
im about 180 and about 6' or so. bf is around 10%. im 18 and this is a bulking diet. just wondering if anything needs to be changed or if I need to add anything such as a weight gainer or mrp's.
If anything you need to decrease the amount of protein you're consuming, forget MRPs etc. Follow the suggestions!
