It's possible that you cut the cals too fast, too much as once and now that your metabolism has slowed down too much. Try upping the cals. a few hundred and see what happens

The problem? You mean besides the fact that you are eating less than a 98 pound 10 yr old girl should eat (esp. if that rice is cooked!!)!Originally Posted by brian2440
I calculate that to be ~1400-1500 (if the rice is cooked)... Even if the rice is raw it is not all that much better (add another 150 cals or so)...
This diet is also basically protein - it is way too low in fats, and there are probably not enough carbs for your size/needs... there is certainly not enough carbs if you have been on this diet without a re-feed or 'high carb' day as well.
I would cycle your calories back up to maintainence and 're-boot' your body for a few weeks. Then, SLOWLY decrease calories again - you may find your body starts to function again!

ditto to Emma...in general that diet is horrible. to much whey, not enough good fats and where are the veggies ???????????????
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
Thanks for replies. I will up cals and see if that works. I eat a few veggies just not enough i guess. Will see how this helps.
