whole eggs, dairy, beef, poultry and fish. they should be your main sources of protein and supplement with protein powders as needed
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

You need more than just protein! Carbs and fats are also important.

Just your regular healthy stuff, but more of it:

    Carbs
    fruits
    legumes (chick-peas, lentils, kidney beans)
whole grains & whole-grain products (pearl barley, oats, rolled oats, oat bran, essene/manna/sprouted grain breads)
    Skim dairy
vegetables (the more the better... with the exception of starchy veg like potato, peas and corn)

    Protein
lean proteins (chicken breast, turkey breast, seafood, eggs/egg whites)
    lean game meats
    lean red meats
    skim dairy

    Fats
Nuts/nut butters (walnuts, almonds, peanut butter)
    seeds (flaxseeds)
    Avocado
    Olive oil
    ~

cookies, pudding, cakes. it's all empty carbohydrates with no nutritional value for the goals you are aspiring to achieve. i wouldn't touch either of the three, but thats me.

Please keep images like that one out of the general forum sections peoples... Some people are not impressed by such things.

Cheetos make you huge and ripped, I suggest 3 bags a day...but stay away from the cake.
