    Question hows my diet look?

    hows my diet ratio or whatever its called?

    meal 1. P.45g/C.25g/F.?
    meal 2. P.21g/C.20g/F.?
    meal 3. P 45g/C 20g/F.?
    meal.4 P.30g/C.25g.F?
    meal 5. P.45g/C20g/F.?

    i'll have a good amount of fats and aroun 2300 cals. aday and around 8-10 glasses of water and with meal1,meal3, and meal5 i'm taking muscle milk w/them..........does it look ok?

    what the hell are you eating????? I could eat donuts and protein shakes and come up with those numbers, how can we know without you posting it?

    ok then what amount of p/c/f do you think i should get in each meal?

    keep protein about the same each meal, you can do the same with carbs or center them around your workout, up to you. As for fats, evenly spread those out throughout the day in all meals except pwo. A good number is 25g fat for every 1000 cals, you can increase from there if you like.

    which meals are before/after your workout?

    yeah i got them, your still not giving us any info on what the hell you are eating. Times are great, but its the food that counts. WHAT ARE YOU EATING???? Then, maybe, we can help
