    Fish Oil Capsules

I've been taking 4 fish oil capsules after my workouts. Is this the best time to take them or should I spread it out throughout the day? Maybe two after my workout and two more later in the day. Thanks a lot!

After a workout is about the only time you shouldn't be eating fish oil capsules. Your post workout meal should be comprised of carbohydrates and protein only to facilitate faster nutrient uptake.

Fish oil caps should be evenly spread throughout the day, with the exception of your post workout meal.

Yup - as Cowpimp said - PWO is not your best time!

Either spread them evenly across the day (2 early, 2 in the middle, 2 at night) or use them in meals that do not have a lot of fat in them (not your PWO meal though).
