    Eating an entire pizza

    About once or twice a month when I go to my friend's house we order pizza.

    I always end up eating an entire pizza. x.x;

    I know this isn't good, but how bad is it? Yesterday I did it again, only this time it was a large and my stomach felt like it was tearing open.

    Anyway, besides the fact that I should stop doing it... what are the negative effects of doing something like this?

    A large 14" Pizza Hut Pepperoni Pizza is 2760 calories.... did you eat anything else that day?

    That could easily take the rest of the week to burn off the calories so if you are trying to lose weight, it is going to make it pretty hard.... not to mention the what it does to your metabolism, your arteries, your heart, pretty much every other organ in your body.

    The only thing I had prior to the pizza was a bowl of cereal that morning and a banana. After the pizza I couldn't eat anything else.

    I guess I'll just have to lay off the pizzas. It's the only junk-food I eat though. I could probably burn that off in 3-4 days if I play DDR.

    I eat a whole ham and pineapple pizza when ever I feel like it. But I still eat 5 other meals a day when I do.

    If you feel guilty for eating pizza then dont eat it, otherwise eat it, enjoy it and stick to your diet the rest of the time. Feeling shit for eating pizza would be worse than not having pizza right?
