I'd be really careful, you can try it. But is it worth the risk? Can't you buy some locally?
i`m away at uni... was just wondering would it be possible to say get like 30 eggs crack them and get the white and put it into a tuperware container and bring them to uni with me on a sun night and put them in the fridge when i arrive like 1-2 hrs later to do me for the week(6 per day) cause i wouldn`t fit them in my fridge at uni if i was to bring the trays! or am i lining myself up for some food poisoning??

You can freeze whites and defrost them the night before by just setting them out. That might work better for you.
cook the egg whites first then refrigerate them...that is totally fine.
buy egg whites in a carton

I would either cook them first or buy egg whites in cartons...Originally Posted by the_leprechaun
