    san volu-mass

    http://www.sann.net/volumass.html , check that out.. i was wondering do those kind of protein shakes actually work?.. where you gain lean mass but lose a bit of body fat in the process?... does anyone kno if anything similar.. im trying get some sort of shake after workout that will give me mass, but not add fat on me.. mebe if hopefully ill lose fat..

    Sales gimick... It looks like plain whey powder...

    If you want to gain lean mass an cut fat at the same time then you either have to me a relatively noobie or have a high BF% or you need to be implementing an excellent training program in combination with a tightly controlled diet (cyclic dieting can offer some advantages here)..

    If you want something similar - just use a good whey protein isolate or WPC/WPI mixture.

    If you want it specifically for PWO then I would just have 1 scoop of any good WPI powder in combination with carbs of your choice (eg: banana, skim milk, oats, dextrose etc) at a level sufficient for your body-type (depending on your weight/body fat etc).
