Advice on my cutting
About 2.5 weeks ago I was trying to bulk but I started to notice that my cheeks were getting pretty fat. The weight was going on good I am 5 foot 11ish and was up to 188 lbs , the heaviest I have ever been but I didnt like the look I was ending up with. I was at just over 17% bf then. So I decided to cut down first and then try to do a cleaner bulk.
It has been 2.5 weeks now I am eating 2450 calories per day, here is an example of 1 day of what I eat. I wake up at 5 am (I start work at 5:30). I take a flaxseed oil pill, 16mg ephedrine, 100mg caffeine, 325mg aspirin. Then I will usually have 1 egg white and 1 whole egg scrambled with 1 cup of cottage cheese. I also take a multivitamin. Then at 7:30am I take 1 scoop of whey in 1 cup of skim milk with an apple. At 9:30am I will usually have 1 piece of 6 grain bread, with half a banana on it, with 1 more scoop of whey and 1 cup of skim milk. At lunch I will have some kind of meat, chicken or fish usually, with either a baked potatoe or a salad. (Lunch is at 12:30). Once in awhile though I will have 1 cup of whole grain spaghetti with my wife's homemade sauce, with a half of a boneless chicken breast on top. I work out at 3pm, and after I have 1 scoop of whey in 1 cup of skim milk. Dinner at 6pm I will have some kind of lean meat with a salad. Then at about 9 it is another scoop of whey in skim milk. I have tried whey in water instead of milk but I cant stand it. In the last 2 weeks I have lost 3% bf, but my waistline has hardly changed is this normal? I work out very hard and I am doing cardio often. I work out 4 times a week at 3pm, on those days I do one session of cardio for 40 mins at 8pm, On the days I dont work out I do cardio twice a day for 40 mins each time. I dont really do hiit because I am asthmatic and pushing that hard kills me. I usually try to get my pulse to around 130ish when I am doing my cardio. I know I have been going only for 2.5 weeks, but I was really hoping to lose more around my waist. Is 3% bf lost normal ? How much longer should I be cutting? I am down to around 14% bf now. While I am cutting I have been taking eca stack I mentioned earlier 3 times per day, but I plan on quitting it once I start to bulk again. And I would like to get to 10% to 12% bf before I start bulking again, preferably 10%. Any advice would be appreciated. |
