    How long after PWO shake?

Right now I'm bulking and I'm currently at 180 lbs. My PWO shake usually consists of 74g oatmeal, 37g whey, and 5 oz banana. This works out to 525 calories, 6.8g fat, 76g carbs, and 41g of protein. How long after drinking this can I wait to have my PPWO meal.....is 90 minutes ok?

sure, 1-2 hrs is fine after a pwo shake of that sort. If you were using simple carbs you'd want to eat sooner, but since your using slower burning complex carbs 90 mins should be fine.

I would say 90 minutes is fine, but as soon as 45 minutes would be better.

Yup - anything from 45 min to ~90 minutes is a good time frame to wait for your next meal.
