alcohol and wine contain antioxidants too. I think that is a lame exuse to drink them (or eat chocolate) though. There are many other things that are much better for you that contain antioxidants.

If you are going to eat chocolate or drink alcohol then eat chocolate and drink alcohol. But don't try and tell yourself it is a good thing for you. that is a lame excuse to cheat on your diet IMO.

Damned straight. On the same token, cigarettes and coffee boost your metabolism. So does speed and crystal meth. That doesn't mean I suggest using these stimulants to get the extra boost. Green tea or additional exercise would be a much healthier ways to go about it.

i used to do blow every now and then, stopped a year ago, buddy became a crack addict....anyhow, a girl that was asking me if she should do roids, also knows i used to do blow, her x-bf is my buddy who is now a crack addict.....she wants to lose weight and asked me why cokeheads are so skinny.....i said cuz coke is a powerful appetite suppressant (if you've never tried coke....not only does it suppress appetite it's almost physically impossible to swallow food as it constricts your throat)....she kinda stops and thinks about it for a second.....

Well it's not the worst thing....they're talking about cocoa (not milk chocolate)....which has 0 sugar (and is quite bitter in taste). So really if you can account for the numbers and the amounts then it might have it's place.

Natural cocoa is a bit of a shock the first time you try it....kind of like having plain yogurt since you're not expecting it to be so bitter.
