    Cottage Cheese?

I just picked some lowfat cottage cheese up yesterday. I came home plopped about 1/2 cup onto a plate and tried to eat it. I couldnt get it down. I plugged my nose and still choked and gagged on this stuff. Does anyone know if this stuff was made by the Nazis? Its flat out evil.

I mix mine with some yogurt.
Find some low carb yogurt, dont recall the brand i am using but its like 3g carbs, mix some of it with the cottage cheese and it goes down easier.

You have to eat it with something if you get a fat free kind. Also, some fat frees are better than others. I kept trying new ones until I found this one I like, and I absolutely look forward to eating it every single night.
