Well im enlisted in the marines and i leave July 10th and my main goal is to get bigger, stronger and faster by then. I just want to have considerable gains in strength, size and stamina. I'm consuming a little over 200 grams of protein a day and I'm just not sure about calories and fats. Ive been making the mistake of trying not to eat a lot of fats in my diet, but since reading a lot of posts i see i have been making a HUGE mistake. Just trying to get a little more info before i progress any further.

I wouldn't go less than 20%. 25-35% is a good range to aim for
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    25-35% of your total calories
so a 3000 cal diet would be
    83-116 grams of fat......
    I think 85-100 is plenty
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

percent of calories from fats. usually you will see diets that say 40/40/20, etc. which means 40% of cals from proteins, 40% of cals from carbs and 20% of cals from fats

No one can tell you how many calories you should eat - this is variable depending on your metabolism, your activity, your goals, your hormones etc etc...

In terms of fat - this is variable too. There is no 'upper limit' as to what you should eat, but I usually suggest a MINIMUM intake of ~0.3g lean mass for strict cutting (if you are doing lower fat).

For maintainence I suggest ~0.4g/total weight.
