    lean or big

    hi everyone. i have a question for u all
    what is the best body shape to show in summertime. lean or big?
    because here in CostaRica the chritsmas its coming and the summertime too.

    I like to stay lean myself, especially if you're going to have your shirt off a lot of the time.

    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    so its better looks some big with a lot of muscle. but take care of not get belly

    If it's a choice, i'd go lean 1st then stay reasonably lean and put muscle on slowly. It'll be a struggle to stay lean(ish) and put on muscle but it'll look better and in a few years you wont have to cut down your fat.

    thats just my thoughts though.

    Thats would be ideal however you'd probably frusterate yourself in the proccess, do one then the other, for instance every year from Oct 1st to April 1st I bulk and from April to june 1st i cut; June to Oct I maintain and live shirtless
