    FUCK!!!! I over ate

    man this is annoying.. my diet is on point for 3-4 days and bam I overeat on one meal.. its soo annoying... should I induce vomiting to get rid of the extras?? Im gonna do what dude form the machinist did, use cleaning solvents!

    Insane. I had heard that he only had 8 months after the shooting of Machinist to get his weight back up for Batman Begins. I think they said he gained over 100 pounds?

    I heard for batman he was 220 and for the machinest he was 120. I believe it was in Newsweek that mentioned how his doctors were telling him how bad it was for his health.

    lol Nate, apparently he just kept eating and eating and eating until he threw up @ then ate some more. He said that he looked fat when he started shooting and worked out to loose fat around his abs and really tone his body. Apparently he said the main success to his weight gain was ice cream, when his Dr advised him to eat soup for a few weeks.
